Refunds will not be given for cancelled bookings but if more than 28 days notice is given the exhibitor will be offered the opportunity to transfer their booking to another event.

Cancellations given with less than 28 days notice will not be eligible to transfer their booking to another event and the booking fee will be forfeited.
