If you are a prospective exhibitor enquiring about taking part in our events please note that to save time most of the information you will need is on this website. Dates, times and locations of future events can be found on the Event Calendar, while Exhibitor Criteria, costs of stalls, and an Online Application Form can be found on this page.
CRITERIA
Visitors travel from all over Ireland and further afield to our vintage fairs because we have built up a reputation of quality and high standards, and for this reason we have strict criteria. To be eligible as a seller at a Decadence Vintage Event, goods for sale should fall into either of the following 2 categories:
GENUINE VINTAGE ITEMS (dating 1920s - 1980s) to include clothing, fashion accessories, jewellery, homewares, vinyl records, books, collectables etc;
AND / OR
HANDMADE RECYCLED / UPCYCLED ITEMS - these must be handmade in Ireland by the seller and involve some aspect of recycling / upcycling of vintage textiles and other objects. Handmade items should also fit the vintage theme of the event, so they should look 'vintage' or 'retro' as opposed to 'crafty'.
The sale of the following is NOT ALLOWED:
- Brand new items (other than handmade items but see point below)
- Handmade items that don't incorporate some element of recycling
- Second hand items dating post 1980s
- Antique furniture (but we do accept fashion and fashion accessories that pre-date 1920s)
- Real Fur
- Food (except at the discretion of the organiser - please contact for details)
APPLICATION PROCEDURES
If you would like to be considered as a future exhibitor, please:
